How to Measure

Concerning the "One size fits most" products: manufacturers recommend that if you are a below or above average size not to purchase these items. The size recommendations are as follows.

Cup size- A-C       Bust Size- 32-38     Waist- 23-31      Hips-34-40

Dress Size- 6-14.

For best results, we suggest that you do not measure yourself. Ask a friend to help.
Bust - While wearing your best fitting bra (no padding), place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your breasts.
Waist - Measure around the smallest part of your waist, which is your natural waist line.
Low Waist - For any item such as shorts or skirts that sit below the navel, measure approximately 2" below the natural waist line or 2 fingers below the navel.
Hips - Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Thighs - Measure around the fullest part of your thighs..

Lingerie tends to run small, especially costumes. The chart below is to be used as a guideline only.

If you find that you are in between sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.
